• Please note that we will only consider 2 night bookings at our minimum rental of £250 14 nights prior to the start of the let, and payment in full must be made by debit or credit card at the time of booking.
• Payment of £100 required to book, with balance payable 6 weeks prior to let. At this time a security deposit of £100 will be required, which will be returned after the let provided that the cottage has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
• Rates quoted are for the cottage (sleeping a maximum of 4 people) and are inclusive of Wi-Fi internet access, electricity, bed linen, towels and local taxes.
• Lets commence at 2 pm and finish at 10 am on the date of departure to allow time for cleaning and maintenance between lets.
• For lets of 14 nights or more a weekly change of linen will be provided.
